Poly Products Great For Offices

Poly has been a name in the video and audio communication products space for some time. While they have rebranded a bit over the years, their products have stayed consistent. We should know, our office has been using their products for years.

Poly’s products are particularly great for businesses, as they offer a wide range of video and audio product solutions in particular; some of which we will discuss further below.

Poly Sync 20

This little guy you see here is the Poly Sync 20. It is a wireless Bluetooth speaker that can be used for audio conferencing and other media such as music. The Sync 20 packs a huge punch in what is a relatively small package.

This speaker is designed for people who want a conferencing solution that is portable, and aren’t looking to lose the functionality of something like a large conferencing phone.

Poly Studio P5

Next, we have the Poly P5. What you see is a mountable video camera with an integrated microphone. This webcam is designed to outperform most built-in laptop cameras, as well as provide webcam functionality to desktops.

The P5 comes with a 1080 HD camera with a 4x zoom feature. The camera also has a shutter for extra security and privacy.

The camera also features a built-in microphone with background noise suppression. It can support a headset wirelessly as well, should the user choose.

Poly Studio P21

Now, this is one of the more interesting products we have on our list from Poly. Here we have the P21. This is Poly’s idea of combining multiple products into one.

The P21’s primary use is for video conferencing; with it’s high quality camera, high-end microphone, and integrated stereo speakers. The P21 also includes ambient lighting to help with picture quality.

The P21 carries support for nearly every video application, and connects to most devices with a single USB.

On top of solely being a video conferencing tool, the P21 can also function as a computer desktop monitor; negating the need for any additional monitors.

Poly Trio 8800

Up to this point, we’ve mainly discussed Poly products for individual office use. Now, for the last two entries we’re shifting focus to products that can benefit entire offices.

Here, we have the Poly Trio 8800 conferencing phone. As the name suggests, this phone is primarily designed for workplace meeting and conferencing rooms.

The Trio 8800 features high-end microphones to catch every voice within a 20 foot radius, and can drown out unwanted background noise with active noise cancellation.

This conference phone is also Bluetooth and Wi-Fi ready for easy connectivity to networks and devices. This phone is also Zoom, Team and Skype certified for easy conferencing.

Poly Studio
